TRACES
Traces of objects past and present… traces of activity… recently discarded.
Antoinette Tyndall
Art Exhibition Traces
Join us to celebrate the exhibition opening on Saturday 11th May from 2-4pm.
Preview the exhibition this week in the gallery on Thursday and Friday 10-4pm or by appointment.
Painting still life creates the opportunity to explore the nature of form through painting with light and shadow
My intent is to create narrative in a painting in which the subject matter has links, echoes and traces of other times, peoples lives, personally significant objects, fleeting moments, activities and conversations .
The process is contemplative and meditative, enabling me to become wholly immersed both in the stillness of the objects themselves and the physical qualities of the paint.
